Whether you celebrate Valentine's or Galentine's Day, at Vida Bakery, we are all about celebrating life and spreading love with those we care about the most.

As part of our Valentine's Specials, and because you love it, we’re bringing back our famous Black Forest Cake Tub – 100% free from gluten, egg, and dairy, just like everything we do.

Each tub contains 250g (12 oz) of chocolate sponge, filled with cherry jam, and covered with our delicious dairy-free buttercream.

Made especially for Black Forest Gateau lovers!

Everything is freshly baked and made to order, once you’ve received your cake tub we recommend you to keep it refrigerated and to consume it within 1 week. Do not leave it out of the fridge.

Ingredients

GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), COCONUT milk, cacao powder, coffee powder (caffeine), sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, cider vinegar.

Jam: Black Cherries, Sugar, Brown Cane Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin.

Frosting: sunflower and vegetable fat (sunflower oil (23%), rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, natural flavouring, vitamin E, vitamin A & D, natural colour (carotenes), vitamin B12), icing sugar, cacao powder, vanilla paste.

Shipping & Delivery
- Place your order before Wednesdays at 12:00PM for delivery on Thursdays and Fridays of the same week.
- All of our products are made to order, reason why we cannot offer express shipping.
- We ship all our postal orders with DHL 24-hours express delivery.
- For weekend deliveries, select the appropriate rate before checkout (If available).
