Light and fluffy caramel sponge, made with delicious coconut milk and a touch of cinnamon. One for the caramel fans, absolutely delicious! 

This cake is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free.

Ingredients

GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), golden syrup, raising agents , COCONUT milk, COCONUT nectar, cinnamon, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, caramel essence, caramel sauce, vanilla essence, cider vinegar.

Frosting: sunflower and vegetable fat (sunflower oil (23%), rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, natural flavouring, vitamin E, vitamin A & D, natural colour (carotenes), vitamin B12), icing sugar, caramel essence, vanilla paste, coffee powder (caffeine).
