Ingredients

GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), COCONUT milk, cacao powder, coffee powder (caffeine), sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, cider vinegar.

Gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), sugar, COCONUT milk (COCONUT extract (60%), water, stabilisers guar gum and carboxy methyl cellulose, emulsifier sucrose esters of fatty acids), cocoa powder, icing sugar, margarine (oils: sunflower (23%) rapeseed, palm, natural flavouring, vitamin E, A & D), vegetable fat, coffee powder, cider vinegar, vanilla essence, salt, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum. Shipping and Delivery
- Place your order before Wednesdays at 12:00PM for delivery on Thursdays and Fridays of the same week. 

- All of our products are made to order, reason why we cannot offer express shipping. - We ship all our postal orders with DHL 24-hours express delivery. 

- For weekend deliveries, select the appropriate rate before checkout (If available).
Product info and Storage
1. How are the cakes made and sent? All cakes are freshly baked on request, they are wrapped in a cake collar and film to protect it from moving. Then they are carefully packaged with a pair of ice packs and covered with recyclable thermal pads to preserve the temperature inside the package.

2. How will the cake arrive? All cakes are decorated like naked cakes, this means they are not fully covered outside with cream, they do not have any dripping or toppings, apart from sprinkles. This is because we want the cake to arrive as neat as possible so even though it travelled many miles to your house, you can still take it out and display it properly.

3. How long do they last? You don’t have to eat your cake as soon as it arrives. The cakes are designed to be in the fridge or freezer to preserve its quality until the time to cut it comes. On the freezer the cake will last for a few weeks, but we will recommend you to have it within the first couple of weeks.

5. Can I include a message on top of the cake? The short answer is no. Because of the way these cakes travel we won't be including any messages or any extra decoration as it could be damaged on transit.

6. Can I send a cake as a surprise? We love when you order things as a surprise for your loved ones, but make sure the person will be available at home on the day of the delivery.
