Chocolate: GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), COCONUT milk, cacao powder, coffee powder (caffeine), sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, cider vinegar.

Red Velvet: GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, cacao powder, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), SOYA milk, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, concentrated red food colouring paste, cider vinegar.

Victoria: GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), SOYA milk, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, cider vinegar.
Jam: Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberry Purée, Sugar, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate).

Lemon: GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), corn starch, agar agar powder, SOYA milk, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, lemon zest, lemon juice and yellow food colouring (e102).

Icing on all flavours: sunflower and vegetable fat (sunflower oil (23%), rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, natural flavouring, vitamin E, vitamin A & D, natural colour (carotenes), vitamin B12), icing sugar, vanilla paste.

These cakes are for delivery ONLY within 25 miles of our main production centre. 

If your postcode is located more than 25 miles from our location, it will be automatically rejected by our system. 

For deliveries outside of the 25-mile radius, please contact us directly at orders@vidabakery.co.uk, and we will arrange a courier with the appropriate rate according to the distance travelled.
