Ingredients

GF flour (corn, rice, tapioca, potato and buckwheat blend), caster sugar, raising agents (xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt), SOYA milk, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, vanilla essence, cider vinegar.

Jam: Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberry Purée, Sugar, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate).

Frosting: sunflower and vegetable fat, (sunflower oil (23%), rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, natural flavouring, vitamin E, vitamin A & D, natural colour (carotenes), vitamin B12) icing sugar, vanilla paste.
