The following terms and conditions apply when you order products from this website's online store or when you use this website.

We advise you that before placing an order you carefully read these terms.

By ordering from us or using this website, you will agree to be bound to these terms and to all the conditions expressed on it.

VIDA Bakery is part of Vida Foods Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under the number 09901296, registered office 139 Brick Lane, E1 6SB, London, United Kingdom.

Payment and ordering

  • All payments shall be made using all majors debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.

Products

  • ALL PRODUCTS are freshly made to order. And they are made in order to be dispatched within 24 hours. Please understand that we do not pre bake anything. The moment you place an order does not mean the product will ship immediately.

  • We cater to many dietary restrictions and we are an allergy-friendly bakery (this does not apply to nuts since we handle all sorts of nuts in the kitchen). It is your responsibility to clearly state all of your allergies and intolerances before confirming your order.

  • We reserve the right to not fulfil your order if you have a severe allergy to any of the ingredients we handle in the kitchen.

  • We do a lot of ingredients substitution in order to cater to your dietary needs, however, all substitutions are subject to availability. If we sold out of the product you wanted to substitute, we will carry on your order as it was placed.

  • Remember all our products are free from egg, diary and gluten. And our kitchens are 100% free-from these ingredients.

  • We reserve the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website, Instagram account and Facebook account.

Delivery - Collection

  • All of our deliveries were made by Royal Mail

  • Due to all of the disruption brought by COVID-19 the current times of deliveries by Royal Mail are unknown. Reason why we are now swapping to use another courier.

  • All orders will be given a tracking number when shipped and once the order leaves our premises, Vida Bakery will stop been liable for it.

  • We cannot accept any liability for mishandling or loss of the packaged once it is shipped.

  • The courier company and Vida Bakery are two separate business entities and Vida Bakery won’t be responsible for anything regarding the courier company.

  • Returns and refunds

  • All our products are made to order reason why we cannot accept any returns. Refunds or replacement of orders will be given in case you receive the incorrect product or if they show any sign of poor quality.

  • If you are in any way not satisfied by the quality or your order, you have to notify us on the day of delivery, otherwise we won’t be able to offer you a refund. The notification should be made by email to orders@vidabakery.co only. We won’t take any complaints, comments or any other piece of information through our social media profiles, so please avoid using our instagram account or facebook to refer to this matter.

  • If the product is missing elements stated on your order confirmation, we will credit or refund your purchase.

  • If the product is damaged, we will require a set of pictures for our full inspection from which after evaluation and subject to these terms and conditions we will decide whether to make a refund or not. Remember we are not liable for the mishandling or mistreatment of your order once it leaves our premises (this will be a matter to resolve with the courier/delivery company)

  • We will only do refunds to the original bank account from which received payment, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payments to you.

  • Taste is a very personal matter we cannot accept the return of any products just because you do not like the taste.

  • All refunds are made within 2 to 5 working days.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before 7 or more days of delivery/collection are entitled to a full refund. For orders cancelled before  6 to 3 days you will be given a 50% refund and for orders cancelled within 48 hours of collection or delivery you won’t be refunded.

  • PRODUCTS BOUGH ON DISCOUNT or PROMOTIONS, EITHER A SPECIAL DISCOUNT OR ANY KIND OF DISCOUNT/PROMOTION, DO NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS!
